- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disappointing experience at this location. Dropped off a paid/labeled package for delivery in late February. Handed it directly to one of the associates. I received an email from the recipient three weeks later that the package never arrived. I called UPS in Shirlington and they said they had no information on that package and directed me to call the 800 number. It seems the package was never checked in and could therefore not be tracked. Staff was unsympathetic. An investigation led nowhere. I love the Shirlington shopping area, but, unfortunately, I will not be using this UPS location for future needs.By Cha Win, March 05, 2017

They've accepted large shipments for us without complaint and they happily do extra coordination with couriers occasionally to help us out.
